Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) is emerging as a powerful genomic tool that offers high-resolution detection of structural variants, complementing or even surpassing traditional cytogenetic and molecular techniques. This session will focus on OGM’s application in hematolymphoid malignancies, where genomic profiling plays a critical role in risk stratification, treatment decisions, and prognostic evaluation.
