This interactive session equips early-career researchers and mid-career professionals with strategies to identify and connect with mentors and champions who can propel their research careers forward. We'll explore key networking skills, resources to find mentors, and how to build successful mentoring relationships.

This is the second webinar in a series that will focus on real-life stories by molecular laboratory staff from a diverse and non-US background who have continued their education, training, and/or clinical practice in the United States.
