Molecular Pathology Competency: Hybrid capture vs Amplicon based NGS

This is part of the Molecular Pathology Competency Series which is composed of short videos focused on current topics on molecular pathology.

At the end of this video, learners will be able to describe both amplicon- and hybrid capture-based targeting sequencing enrichment methods.  The learners will be able to delineate the differences in technologies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and in what clinical setting these techniques may be used.
